The S-shaped chips that fill every void.
Bags of expanded polystyrene loose fill are the most practical, economical way to pack fragile items: the S shape fills the voids in the box and stops goods from moving.
They resist compression and moisture, keep packed products dry and, with an excellent weight-to-volume ratio, do not weigh on shipping costs. The 0.5 m³ bag is made from 98% recycled material.

Expanding foam
Instapak®
Foam that expands up to 27 times and wraps the product.
Instapak® is protective packaging activated at room temperature, with no equipment and no preheating: the foam expands up to 27 times its volume and wraps the product whatever its shape.
It takes three moves: press to break the seal on component A, mix by shaking between areas A and B about ten times, then pack by inserting the product as the foam grows.

Polyethylene reels
Four reel types for every product shape.
Polyethylene reels protect the product and speed up packing: they are designed for industry, where strength and stability are needed at scale.
Choose sheet film for large products, single-fold for compact packs, tubular for long narrow parts, gusseted for bulky volumes. Thickness from 10 to 250 micron, width from 5 to 200 cm, reinforced cardboard core, manual or machine use.

Pallet protection
Shrink hoods
Dropped over the pallet, they protect and stabilize the load.
Polyethylene shrink hoods are waterproof gusseted sacks that, dropped over the pallet, protect goods from weather, tearing and tampering.
Beyond protecting, they stabilize: the load stays put during transport and handling. HDPE or LDPE, thickness from 20 to 250 micron, height from 80 cm, available loose, bundled or in pre-cut reels.
